HOW TO BREW HERBAL TEA

First thing that you must be careful about when you prepare herbal tea is that the water you will use must be freshly boiled and free of chlorine. Research shows that chlorine has harmful effects for many diseases. Leave the water for a one or two minute rest after boiling. Put tea into the porcelain teapot first and then add a required amount of water. Usually, a quarter liter water is used for dessertspoonful of dry or a handful of fresh herb. When you prepare tea using root herbs (such as ginger, galangal etc.) you must boil the same amount of water and herb in the pot. It is enough to wait for 2-5 minutes in order for tea to boil. Enjoy your tea.
